Palox has several worldwide patents and various industry approvals, including Aquarius^TM which has RECENTLY been approved for use in jet fuel and included in the jet fuel specifications ASTM D1655 and ASTM D7566. Aquarius^TM is the first additive of its kind to be approved by the aviation industry.

In 2011, Palox granted BASF SE and exclusive license to manufacture and sell Aquarius^TM for specified market segments in Aviation.
